Mom & Baby Yoga

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Monday, repeating until March 5, 2018
This 4 week series is for postpartum moms cleared for physical activity, female caregivers, and babies who are not yet crawling. Lynn will guide you through a gentle, relaxing practice with your baby, incorporating songs, rhymes, baby massage and mommy massage! We will do poses to release tension in the neck and shoulders, and to strengthen and find alignment in our post-baby bodies. It is a wonderful place to connect with other moms and babies for support and friendship.
We encourage you to attend to baby’s needs throughout class which may include breastfeeding and diaper changing. Please bring a baby blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
