Beginner Yoga Series

An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Monday, repeating until January 28, 2019
This four week series will get you started in your yoga adventure! Learn how to increase your flexibility and strengthen your core in an effective and safe manner. Four consecutive classes will build upon each other so you may graduate feeling comfortable attending different types of yoga classes. Best of all, you’ll make new friends in this welcoming, warm environment.
Understand the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga where poses are linked together in a continuous flow. Whether you are brand new to yoga and nervous trying it out, or have dabbled a bit and want to heighten your body awareness, we recommend this series.
Cost is $75. New Students to Refresh also receive unlimited access to other classes throughout the duration of the four week series.
No make-ups, No drop-ins. All sales are final.
