PX for sure! They have a mixologist on staff and they use all real ingredients. Definitely need a reservation on the weekends and no flip-flops or jeans.

The bar at Vermilion makes one of the most fun (albeit girly) drinks I've ever had - the "birthday cake martini", which is Absolut vanilla, Sprite & pineapple juice, with candy sprinkles around the rim. It's like having a grown-up cupcake in a glass! Vermilion also features monthly cocktails that change depending on what is freshly available and in season -- in August, they served up "peach pie", which consisted of Maker's Mark, ginger, cinnamon & peach juice -- yum!
