Hooray For Books! is Alexandria's only locally owned, independent children's bookstore. It offers a wide selection of new and classic books for children of all ages (yes, even teens and grownups), as well as music CDs, educational games, puzzles, and plush storybook characters. 

Hooray for Books! is the co-host of the 1st Annual Alexandria Story Festival as well as numerous in-store events such Pajama Storytime, Young Adult Book Club, Family Fun Game Night and more.
